      Premium Car Care Subscriptions

All service is performed at manufacturer specified intervals or every 5,000 miles on oil changes, with parts and supplies that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Services and consumables replacement is based on wear & tear or manufacturer intervals, whichever comes first. All basic maintenance services are performed at OC Automotive & Diaganotics Service’s discretion (i.e., we listen to what your car needs and do not recommend unnecessary maintenance).

Early Cancellation Option is available if vehicle is totaled or replaced. We simply require payment of the difference between the membership discounts received and the amount paid in membership dues.
Payment for additional vehicle repairs is due upon vehicle pickup.
Membership transfers between vehicle’s is not allowed. But if you replaced that vehicle, we could follow the early cancellation guidelines, and set up your replacement vehicle on the subscription with no set up fees.
OC Automotive and Diagnotics provides a Limited 3 Year 36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty on Parts and Labor. This Limited Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship from the date the service was performed.
